Welcome to the Shipping & Delivery policy of www.adaaperfumes.com

This policy “Shipping Policy” defines the policy, procedures and the terms that are applicable for the delivery of all our products that you purchase on our website.

  1. Once you have generated the invoice, all delivery request goes to the Delivery team.

  2. All our products have Cash and Card payment on delivery. Card and Cash payment on delivery would be charged AED 10 extra per shipment.

  3. In order to ensure you get the proper delivery, we request you to kindly show your copy of invoice to our delivery team, so they can verify the order

  4. All products for delivery within the emirate of Dubai will be delivered to you within 2 working days, whereas delivery for other emirates will be subject for delivery within 4 working days, from the date of Invoice generation. However, if we experience uncontrollable conditions that are not controlled by man, you may expect a slight delay in delivery.

  5. All shipment value above AED 200 within the Emirate of Dubai will be given a free delivery, where all shipment values above AED400 from other emirates will be given a free delivery. However, Card payment charges as mentioned in point b, shall apply

  6. Incase the shipment value is not up to the minimum as mentioned above, all shipment will be charged at AED 15 per delivery for within the Emirate of Dubai and AED 25 for other emirates. If payment is done by card, then additional card charges as per point b, shall apply

  7. If customer wants to get the order on the same day, we do have an option of express delivery. In such case you will be charged AED 25 for the Emirate of Dubai and AED 40 for other Emirates, additional per shipment, this will be in addition to the above-mentioned charges. If payment is done by card, then additional card charges as per point b, shall apply

  8. We request all customers to kindly provide us with the most accurate delivery address and a working contact number, preferably mobile, so our team can contact you before they schedule your delivery.

  9. We do not schedule normal delivery on Weekends and other government holidays. In case you require delivery on these days you will be subject to an additional charge of AED 25 for the Emirate of Dubai and AED 40 for other Emirates. If payment is done by card, then additional card charges as per point b, shall apply
